Environment & Requirements

• Exposure to water, salt spray, debris, thermal cycling, shock/vibration
• Underbody mounting envelope with strict packaging limits
• Maintain RF performance / keep sensitive internals protected
• Route cables/connectors with proper strain relief and ingress protection

My Role

• Owned mechanical architecture of the enclosure and sealing interfaces
• Developed sealing and fastener strategy for repeatable assembly
• Balanced machinability, coating/finish, and corrosion resistance

Manufacturing / Release

• Released production drawings and revision-controlled documentation
• Coordinated with suppliers on DFM and tolerance expectations
• Supported scaling toward repeatable build and test leading to assembly line production
